Coordinator
About The Position
Responsible for unboxing and unwrapping frames and lining the parts up on buggies to stage for builders. This role ensures a steady flow of frames moving towards the next process in preparation of being married up to components and ready for frame builders. The position also involves maintaining a clean work area, breaking down and storing boxes, reading frame tickets to determine placement, scanning frames out of inventory, and managing frames missing components by initiating repair processes and ordering new parts. Additionally, the role includes reviewing the Frame Prep report weekly for inventory accuracy and assisting with inventories in the frame warehouse as needed. Other job duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to read frame tickets
- Ability to scan frames out of inventory
- Ability to fill out forms for missing parts

Responsibilities

- Unload boxes of frames onto a frame buggy
- Break down or store boxes in designated areas
- Read frame tickets to determine where they go
- Scan frames out of inventory
- Scan frames missing any component into repair, fill out form, and give the form to supervisor to order new part
- Review Frame Prep report weekly to ensure inventory is correct
- Help with inventories in the frame warehouse when needed
- Perform any other job duties as described by your supervisor
