BUILDING SUPERVISOR
About The Position
The Building Supervisor maintains a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects members and guests. The role responds to the needs of visitors and staff, maintains overall facility security, and ensures the facility is properly secured at the end of the day. The position is located at the Kenosha YMCA in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and pays $11.00–$13.00 per hour. The Kenosha YMCA has zero tolerance for abuse of youth in its programs by employees or volunteers. Employees must follow child abuse prevention policies, comply with mandated reporting requirements, and cooperate with law enforcement.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or related experience in a recreational facility.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
