About The Position

The Building Supervisor for Extended Learning at the Mary C. Burke Complex is responsible for overseeing various aspects of enrichment programming for elementary schools. This includes planning and collaborating with the Elementary Schools Extended Day District Manager, administration, staff, and program leads to create and implement enrichment activities. The role also involves student recruitment, family outreach, and communication with various stakeholders such as nursing, technology, payroll, and custodial staff. A key responsibility is ensuring staff meet requirements, managing schedules and logistics, and supporting staff with daily operations. The supervisor will also oversee the tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement) and payroll timesheets, as well as ensuring compliance with grant requirements if applicable.

Requirements

• Current administrator or teacher in the grades listed above
• Passionate about leading this work

Responsibilities

• Planning and collaborating with Elementary Schools Extended Day District Manager, administration, staff, and all Extended Learning programs for all aspects related to the creation and implementation of enrichment programming
• Oversight of student recruitment and family outreach for all Extended Learning programs
• Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders including but not limited to nursing, technology, payroll, custodial staff, etc
• Oversight of all staff to ensure requirements are met
• Scheduling and logistics
• Supporting staff with planning and operations, day to day issues
• Overseeing the tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement), and payroll timesheets
• Grant requirement compliance if applicable
