  • Experience or familiarity with data centers, MEP modeling, structured cabling, telecommunications, security, audiovisual, or other technology infrastructure.
  • Experience with data center infrastructure, including equipment racks, cabinets, network infrastructure, cable pathways, conduit routing, and overhead/underfloor infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, modify, and maintain Autodesk Revit models and AutoCAD drawings for technology and low-voltage systems using customer information, project requirements, sketches, markups, redlines, PDFs, and existing documentation.
  • Model project-specific technology infrastructure, including equipment, devices, racks, cabinets, cable tray, conduit, pathways, telecommunications infrastructure, and other elements within the assigned project scope.
  • Maintain model accuracy and Level of Development (LOD 300 to LOD 500) according to contractual and project requirements.
  • Perform BIM coordination and clash detection by identifying, reviewing, coordinating, and resolving clashes within the assigned scope.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings as required to support real-time review and resolution of coordination issues.
