About The Position

The Building and Equipment Support person will be responsible for all equipment inventory at the branch, as well as making sure the grounds are well maintained. This role involves performing daily operational activities in the service department.

Requirements

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience operating heavy equipment /farm equipment
• Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills
• Ability to stoop, kneel, push, pull, twist and carry and lift up to 70lbs.
• Ability to climb and perform work on heights of 15 feet
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
• Capable of working with limited supervision / self-starter
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Must be able to successfully pass background, drug screen and physical

Nice To Haves

• familiarity with computers is helpful

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational activities in the service department to include the following, but not limited to: Load and unload equipment, inspect, photograph and document any repair work that might be evident
• Maintain inventory and ongoing documentation of rental equipment
• Responsible for fueling, washing, and staging of all equipment, could include changing attachments as needed
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work environment and the branch.
• Other projects as assigned
