About The Position

The New Construction Installation Technician installs Pestban’s proprietary Built-In Pest Control System in homes under construction. The company specializes in the new home construction market and sells, installs, and services its system for builders. The role typically involves approximately 2–4 home installations per day and work at residential construction sites in all weather conditions. The company’s corporate office is in Woodstock, Georgia, with branch offices throughout the Metro Atlanta area, Greenville, South Carolina, and Charlotte, North Carolina.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a variety of high-speed drills.
• Service-minded, motivated, and able to work as an independent self-starter.
• Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills for daily interactions with customers, office staff, managers, supervisors, and team leads.
• Ability to pass the state-verifiable training exam.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch for long periods.
• Ability to carry, lift, and climb up to a 6-foot ladder.
• Ability to work at residential construction sites in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install Pestban’s polyethylene tube system in new construction homes as scheduled.
• Install service receptacles and termite bait stations.
• Perform tube system modifications and repairs.
• Clean up work debris upon job completion.
• Complete service tickets, including mapping service receptacle locations.
• Operate and maintain installation tools and equipment.
• Follow required safety procedures.
• Attend required meetings.
