About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Builder Associate is to support daily shop production by building, assembling, and maintaining equipment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all work performed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of manufacturing, fabrication, or equipment assembly experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to develop hands-on skills.
• Ability to read and follow build drawings, schematics, and instructions.
• Familiarity with shop tools and equipment (or willingness to learn).
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Complete support of and willing adherence to Westfield Egg Farm’s mission, vision, and core values.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on machine builds, assembly, and production tasks.
• Follow production schedules and priorities set by leadership.
• Maintain a steady and efficient work pace to support production goals.
• Ensure all work meets Westfield quality and workmanship standards.
• Identify and communicate any issues with materials, tools, or build processes.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support team members as needed to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
