About The Position

As a Buffet Server, you will be an essential part of the dining team, dedicated to providing a pleasant and efficient experience for guests in buffet venues. You will serve beverages, assist with guest needs, and maintain a clean and organized dining area. The role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend and kneel.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in settings that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.

Responsibilities

• Serve all beverages ordered by guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and promptly fulfill requests.
• Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility.
• Perform pre-bussing during the dining experience to ensure tables are cleared efficiently.
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment (“The Big Six”).
