About The Position

JARS Cannabis is hiring an entry-level Budtender for its Phoenix Airport location. The role welcomes candidates with customer service experience in retail or food service and provides on-the-job training in cannabis products. Budtenders assist patients and customers, help create a welcoming dispensary environment, and maintain cleanliness and organization. The schedule is five days of eight-hour shifts with two days off, and candidates must have open availability for morning, mid, and closing shifts, including holidays. A minimum of 30 hours per week is required.

Requirements

Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.
Open availability to work morning and evening shifts and holidays without scheduling restraints.
Able to work a minimum of 30 hours each week.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for at least eight hours daily.
Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift.
Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.
Personal smartphone required: iPhone with iOS 14 or later, or Android with OS 4.4 or later.
At least 21 years old.
Must pass a standard background check and undergo a fingerprint background check.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience in retail or food service, such as Starbucks or Target.

Responsibilities
