About The Position
The Budtender provides customer service to medical and recreational customers, builds relationships, and advises customers on potential product and strain benefits based on their wants and needs. This is a sales position with store sales goals and personal sales competitions offering product and cash prizes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of cannabis products, uses, and accessories.
- Sales experience.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Open availability for varied hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Actively listen to customers’ needs and wants.
- Advise customers and suggest products and strains that align with their needs.
- Upsell products and sell add-on items to increase average sales.
- Explain proper product usage.
- Inform customers about the loyalty program.
