About The Position

Serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile software development lifecycle methodologies. Develop Salesforce solutions to meet agency needs and integrate Salesforce with other systems used by Minnesota Housing. Create and maintain automated workflows and process builders to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Work closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements. Collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope, timelines, and deliverables, and assist with detailed project plans. Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect, Business Analysts, and QA to develop test cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that Salesforce solutions meet defined requirements. Work with the Project Manager to manage change requests, ensuring scope or requirement changes are documented, assessed, and approved.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in Salesforce design and development.
• Active Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification.
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Agentforce Specialist certification.
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II certification.
• 2 years of experience using Sales Cloud.
• 2 years of experience using Service Cloud.
• 2 years of experience using Experience Cloud.
• 2 years of experience using Government Cloud.

Nice To Haves

• Scaled Agile Certified SAFe Practitioner certification.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect certification.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect certification.
• 5 years of Administrator experience.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience working with state and federal government agencies.
• Experience working on technology solutions supporting the mortgage and real estate industry.
