About The Position

Serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile software development lifecycle methodologies. Develop Salesforce solutions that meet agency needs and integrate Salesforce with other systems used by Minnesota Housing. Create and maintain automated workflows and process builders to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Work closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements, and collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope, timelines, and deliverables and assist with detailed project plans. Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect, Business Analysts, and QA to develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that Salesforce solutions meet defined requirements. Work with the Project Manager to manage change requests, ensuring changes to project scope or requirements are documented, assessed, and approved.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 7 years’ experience in Salesforce design and development.
• Active Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification.
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Agentforce Specialist certification.
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II certification.
• 2 years’ experience using Sales Cloud.
• 2 years’ experience using Service Cloud.
• 2 years’ experience using Experience Cloud.
• 2 years’ experience using Government Cloud.

Nice To Haves

• Scaled Agile Certified SAFe Practitioner.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect.
• 5 years of Administrator experience.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience working with state and federal government agencies.
• Experience working on technology solutions supporting the mortgage and real estate industry.
