About The Position

Schneider is seeking a Senior Brokerage Specialist in Green Bay to perform support-shift brokerage duties within Schneider’s Transportation Management (STM) division. The specialist brokers, accepts, and tracks freight, solves problems, and builds solid relationships with Schneider’s customers.

Requirements

• Associate degree.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• One year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Broker out freight.
• Accept new freight deals.
• Negotiate rates with current carriers.
• Process insurance updates from current carriers.
• Email and take calls from carriers, drivers, and customers to solve problems that arise.
