About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy customer service in a fast-paced coffee shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them navigate the menu, prepare quality drinks efficiently, and support their teammates while maintaining a clean workspace and following food safety standards. The role is physically demanding and involves working on your feet, serving a steady flow of customers, and being prepared for different weather conditions. Shifts may last up to 10 hours. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. The company describes opportunities for growth within shops, headquarters, the Emerging Talent Program, and warehouse or fulfillment roles. Compensation is $15.00 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $3.00 per hour; actual tips may vary and are not guaranteed.
