About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy customer service in a fast-paced coffee shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them choose from the menu, preparing quality drinks efficiently, and maintaining a clean workspace while following food safety standards. Broistas work as part of a supportive crew and represent Dutch Bros’ values through kindness, positivity, and dependable service.

This is a physically demanding, customer-facing position. Employees may be on their feet and moving quickly during shifts of up to 10 hours, work in varying weather conditions, and push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided. The listed compensation is $15.00 per hour in base pay, plus average tips of $3.00 per hour; actual tips may vary.
