About The Position

The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering friendly, high-energy service and building genuine connections with customers in a fast-paced shop. The role involves helping customers navigate the menu, preparing high-quality drinks efficiently, maintaining a clean workspace, and following food-safety standards. Broistas work as part of a supportive crew and are expected to be reliable, adaptable, positive, and committed to improving. The job is physically demanding, involves working on your feet and serving a steady flow of customers, and may include shifts of up to 10 hours and working in varied weather conditions. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided.
