About The Position

The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering friendly, efficient service and creating positive connections with customers. This fast-paced, high-energy role involves greeting customers, helping them navigate the menu, preparing high-quality drinks, and keeping the workspace clean and compliant with food safety standards. Broistas work closely with their crew, maintain a positive and adaptable attitude during busy periods and inclement weather, and reliably attend scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards. The role can involve shifts of up to 10 hours, time on your feet, and pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds.
