About The Position

The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering friendly, high-energy service while preparing quality drinks in a busy shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and supporting the crew. Work is fast-paced and physically demanding, with employees on their feet and moving quickly during shifts of up to 10 hours, in varying weather conditions. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet company standards. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $6.75 per hour; actual tips may vary.

• Arrive on time, communicate availability, and be ready to work when shifts begin.
• Keep the workspace tidy and follow food safety standards.
• Support the crew and work together to complete shop tasks.
• Complete training, certifications, and knowledge tests to meet Dutch Bros standards.
