About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, high-energy service and prepare drinks in a fast-paced shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them navigate the menu, and bring the company’s values of kindness and community to every interaction. The work is physically demanding and involves being on your feet, moving quickly, and serving a steady flow of customers for shifts of up to 10 hours. The role involves working as part of a supportive crew, maintaining a clean workspace, and following food safety standards. Employees should be prepared to work in varied weather conditions and may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. Training includes certifications and knowledge tests. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay, plus average tips of $6.75 per hour; actual tips may vary.
