About The Position

The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, connecting with customers and creating a fun, kind, positive experience while preparing high-quality drinks in a busy shop. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding role that involves staying on your feet, moving quickly, and serving a steady flow of customers. Broistas work as part of a supportive crew, maintain a clean workspace, and follow food safety standards. The role includes training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Base pay is $10.00 per hour, plus tips; the posting reports average tips of $6.75 per hour based on 2025 reporting and notes that actual tips may vary.
