About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to serve customers in a fast-paced, high-energy coffee shop. As the face of Dutch Bros, the Broista connects with customers, provides positive and welcoming service, helps customers explore the menu, and prepares high-quality drinks while keeping pace with customer demand. The role is physically demanding and involves standing and moving quickly for shifts of up to 10 hours, working in all weather conditions, and potentially lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 65 pounds. The company provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is $10.00 per hour base pay plus an average of $6.75 per hour in tips; actual tips may vary.
