About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, energetic customer service in a fast-paced coffee shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them explore the menu, prepare high-quality drinks efficiently, and contribute to a supportive team environment. The role is physically demanding and involves standing and moving quickly, serving a steady flow of customers, and working in varying weather conditions. Shifts may last up to 10 hours. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. The position offers a base pay of $10.00 per hour plus tips, which average $6.75 per hour according to 2025 reporting; actual tips may vary.
