About The Position
A Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering friendly, high-energy customer service while preparing quality drinks in a fast-paced shop. Broistas keep pace with steady customer traffic, maintain a clean workspace, and follow food safety standards. The position is physically demanding and involves standing and moving quickly for shifts of up to 10 hours, working in all weather conditions, and potentially pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Reliable transportation is needed to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Requirements
