About The Position
The Broista represents Dutch Bros Coffee as the face of the company, connecting with customers and providing friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced shop. The role involves helping customers explore the menu, preparing quality drinks efficiently, maintaining a clean and food-safe workspace, and supporting the crew. The work is physically demanding and may involve standing and moving quickly during shifts of up to 10 hours, working in varied weather, and lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings are expected. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards. Compensation is $15.00 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $6.00 per hour; actual tips may vary.
