About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy customer service and prepare quality drinks in a fast-paced shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them navigate the menu, and bring Dutch Bros values to each shift. The work involves standing and moving quickly while handling a steady flow of customers, with shifts of up to 10 hours. The position also includes keeping the workspace clean, following food-safety standards, and supporting the crew. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is up to $21.00 per hour, including an average tip of $6.00 per hour; actual tips may vary and are not guaranteed.
Requirements
- Enjoy connecting with people and providing friendly service.
- Adapt quickly and remain kind and positive during busy periods.
- Be team-oriented and willing to support coworkers as needed.
- Show reliability, including arriving on time for shifts and mandatory meetings.
- Be prepared to work in inclement weather.
- Be able to stand and move quickly for shifts of up to 10 hours.
- Be able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds.
- Have reliable transportation to scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
- Be committed to learning and improving; complete training, certifications, and knowledge tests.
