About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy customer service and prepare quality drinks in a fast-paced shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them choose from the menu, embody Dutch Bros values, and work collaboratively to keep service moving smoothly. The role involves being on your feet and handling a steady flow of customers for shifts of up to 10 hours, working in all weather conditions, and sometimes lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided. The position offers a base pay of $15.00 per hour plus average tips of $6.00 per hour; tip averages are not guaranteed and may vary.
