About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, high-energy customer service in a fast-paced coffee shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them explore the menu, preparing quality drinks, and contributing to a positive team environment. The work is physically demanding and may involve being on your feet and moving quickly through customer rushes for shifts of up to 10 hours, working in varying weather conditions, and pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Broistas must arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards.
