About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, energetic customer service in a fast-paced coffee shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them explore the menu, prepare high-quality drinks efficiently, and contribute to a positive and supportive crew environment. The role is physically demanding and involves being on your feet, moving quickly, serving a steady flow of customers, and working shifts of up to 10 hours. Employees should be prepared to work in varying weather conditions and may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. The stated compensation is $10.00 per hour base pay plus average tips of $5.65 per hour; tip averages are not guaranteed and may vary.
