About The Position

As a Financial Representative, you are the official face of Fidelity in the branch and help shape its atmosphere. Through integrity and honesty, you inspire client dedication and engagement and build long-lasting positive relationships. You provide rewarding interactions and serve as a subject matter specialist in compliance and front-lobby transactions, partnering with colleagues and identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.

You provide daily support to Fidelity’s clients, deliver an exceptional experience, and strengthen client relationships. By proactively identifying opportunities and making effective introductions, you contribute directly to the success and growth of the branch. Fidelity provides training in-branch, regionally, nationally, and virtually, along with onboarding and support for the role.

Requirements

• Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience provides a strong foundation for success.
• Obtain the required Series 7 and Series 66 licenses; Fidelity provides resources and support to prepare.
• Demonstrate superb interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with clients.
• Assess client needs and identify opportunities.
• Show remarkable attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
• Use organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Embrace feedback, foster collaboration, and approach challenges with curiosity.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services.
• A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications.
