About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Klamath Falls, Oregon. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding customer-service role in a busy coffee shop. Broistas connect with customers, create a welcoming experience, help customers explore the menu, and prepare high-quality drinks while keeping up with customer flow. The role involves working on your feet for shifts of up to 10 hours, being ready for varied weather conditions, and occasionally pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests.
