About The Position
As a Barista at Starbucks, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions spark connection. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized specifications, and help maintain store operating standards. The role is fast-paced and involves performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

- Able to learn quickly.
- Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Able to meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
- Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer customizations.
- Follow store policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and safety and security.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
