About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Broistas deliver friendly, energetic customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy coffee shop. They connect with customers, help them explore the menu, prepare quality drinks efficiently, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment. The work is physically demanding and involves being on your feet, moving quickly, serving a steady flow of customers, and working in varying weather conditions. Shifts may last up to 10 hours. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards.
