About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, high-energy service and prepare quality drinks in a busy shop. The role centers on connecting with customers, helping them explore the menu, and bringing Dutch Bros values of kindness and positivity to each interaction. Broistas work closely with their crew, keep their workspace clean, and follow food safety standards. The work is fast-paced and physically demanding, involving extended periods on your feet, steady customer flow, and shifts of up to 10 hours. The position may involve pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds, and working in inclement weather. Reliable transportation is needed for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards.
