About The Position

The Broista represents Dutch Bros Coffee by delivering friendly, high-energy customer service and preparing quality drinks in a fast-paced shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, working efficiently during busy periods, and contributing positively to the crew. It is physically demanding, requires standing and moving quickly, and may include shifts of up to 10 hours and lifting up to 65 pounds. Employees work in varying weather conditions and are expected to arrive reliably for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards.
