About The Position

AEXP Express Corporation is seeking a mail delivery driver/mail carrier to serve a United States Postal Service mail route in Castle Rock, Colorado. The route starts on 11/17/2026. This is a full-time 1099 contractor position with a schedule of six days per week, Monday through Saturday except federal holidays. The estimated schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., approximately 11 hours per day or less. The carrier provides their own qualifying vehicle and travels about 36 miles per day, including an 18-mile delivery route. Compensation is $330 per day, paid monthly.

Requirements

• Have legal documentation to work in the United States.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to lift 70 pounds.
• Be able to work and safely drive in all types of weather conditions.
• Reside in Castle Rock, Colorado, or a neighboring town or city.
• Provide a qualifying minivan or cargo van that is less than five years old and has at least 150 cubic feet of cargo capacity.
• Have minimum liability insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Former USPS employees or contractors are highly recommended.
• A minivan or cargo van with at least 150 cubic feet of cargo space and no center console is recommended for passenger-side mailbox delivery; completing the route without this feature may be difficult but is still possible.
• Be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Sort mail and packages in delivery sequence for active mailboxes.
• Load mail and parcels in delivery sequence into a delivery vehicle.
• Deliver mail and packages to customer boxes along an assigned line of travel.
• Dismount when required to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items.
• Perform other required administrative duties.
