About The Position
The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, providing friendly, energetic service and creating positive customer connections in a fast-paced, high-energy coffee shop. The role involves working on your feet, moving quickly, and serving a steady flow of customers, including shifts of up to 10 hours. Employees work closely with their crew, are prepared for varying weather conditions, and may handle physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help Broistas meet company standards. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $8.00 per hour; actual tips may vary and are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, build genuine connections, and make each visit kind and enjoyable.
- Help customers navigate the menu and discover drinks they may enjoy.
- Represent Dutch Bros values, including radiating kindness and contributing positively to the community.
- Prepare high-quality drinks efficiently while keeping pace with a busy shop.
- Arrive on time, communicate availability, and be ready to work when shifts begin.
- Maintain a tidy workspace and follow food safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the crew and support coworkers as needed.
- Attend scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
