About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy customer service in a fast-paced coffee shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them explore the menu, preparing quality drinks efficiently, and maintaining a clean workspace while following food safety standards. Broistas work closely with their crew and are expected to bring positive energy, reliability, and kindness to every shift.

The work is physically demanding and requires being on your feet and moving quickly while serving a steady flow of customers. Shifts may last up to 10 hours, work takes place in all weather conditions, and the role may require pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. The position offers a base rate of $10.00 per hour plus tips, with average tips reported as $8.00 per hour based on 2025 reporting; actual tips may vary.
