About The Position

The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, providing friendly, high-energy service while helping customers enjoy their visits. This physically demanding, fast-paced role involves engaging with customers, guiding them through the menu, preparing quality drinks efficiently, and supporting the crew during busy shifts. Broistas maintain a clean workspace and follow food safety standards, show up reliably for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings, and embody Dutch Bros’ values. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet company standards. The role includes shifts of up to 10 hours and requires working in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

Be a people person who enjoys connecting with customers.
Adapt quickly, manage busy periods, and remain kind and positive.
Work as part of a team and support coworkers as needed.
Show up reliably, including during inclement weather.
Be committed to growth and improvement.
Have reliable transportation for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
Be able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds.
Be able to work on your feet and move quickly for shifts of up to 10 hours.
