About The Position
Sullivan’s Steakhouse is hiring Broiler Chefs. The role prepares proteins to the desired doneness using broiling, grilling, and/or sautéing techniques, including a top broiler. The Broiler Chef coordinates food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table and follows recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain on your feet and alert for extended periods.
Nice To Haves
- At least six months of related experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Broil, grill, and/or sauté proteins to the desired doneness, including using a top broiler.
- Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
- Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest expectations.
