About The Position

Sullivan’s Steakhouse is hiring qualified applicants for Server positions. Servers demonstrate genuine hospitality, establish rapport with guests, guide them through the food and beverage menus, take accurate orders, and work with team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations.

Requirements

• Must be able to assist guests and possess strong guest relations skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting guests and establishing rapport.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Guide guests through the food and beverage menus, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the offerings.
• Take accurate orders.
• Partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations.
