Broadband Deployment Installer/Repairer
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced broadband deployment installer/repairer to join the Operations Team. The position involves installing, maintaining, and servicing broadband networks, cable, subscriber carrier systems, terminals, protection devices, and customer-owned equipment. Work may also include diagnosing and repairing trouble in switching equipment, voice frequency repeaters, loop extenders, cable loading systems, and other broadband equipment. The role typically includes installing drop wires, station protectors, and network interface devices, as well as performing initial wiring or rewiring for new subscriber systems. The installer/repairer performs internal locating services for Rally Networks for required 811 tickets. Frequent travel throughout Missouri is required. Requirements
- Experience in outside plant maintenance, central office telecom work, and fiber optic broadband projects.
