About The Position
Thomas J. Henry Law is hiring a Briefing/Research Attorney to support trial attorneys in preparing and developing personal injury cases. The role offers an opportunity to build litigation skills in a fast-paced, result-driven environment. The attorney will draft legal documents, conduct research, prepare trial materials, and assist with deposition and trial preparation while learning strategies for plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Licensed and in good standing in Texas
- 0–3 years of personal injury experience
- Excellent legal writing and research skills
- Valid Texas driver’s license and good driving record

- Bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and prepare trial materials
- Assist in deposition and trial preparation
- Learn strategies for plaintiff-side personal injury litigation
