About The Position

Thomas J. Henry Law is hiring a Briefing/Research Attorney to support trial attorneys in preparing and developing personal injury cases. The role offers an opportunity to build litigation skills in a fast-paced, result-driven environment. Compensation is a $100,000 base salary plus uncapped commission equal to 3% of all fees collected, with the possibility of a quarterly bonus of up to $6,000. A $10,000 relocation bonus is available for the Corpus location only.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD).
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas.
• 0–3 years of personal injury experience.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and prepare trial materials.
• Assist with deposition and trial preparation.
• Learn strategies for plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
