About The Position

a&bé Bridal Stylists create an exceptional bridal shopping experience through genuine connection, fashion guidance, and attentive customer service. They work one-on-one with brides to help them discover their wedding-day style and choose a dress, building relationships from the first appointment through the wedding day. Stylists contribute to individual sales goals and team selling, communicate with brides and designers, and help maintain the store’s appearance and inventory. This role is suited to energetic, adaptable, team-oriented self-starters who enjoy connecting with people and providing outstanding service. Saturday availability is required; Sunday availability is required at select locations.

Requirements

• Customer service, retail, or sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with brides to help them discover their wedding-day style and choose a dress.
• Build relationships with brides through follow-up from their first appointment to their wedding day.
• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to a team-selling mentality.
• Manage phone calls, the email inbox, and Instagram direct messages to provide brides with needed information.
• Receive shipments of brides’ dresses and inventory and ensure items are in good condition.
• Style the store, themselves, and the team in dresses, and create original social media content.
• Follow up on orders, customization questions, and rush options for brides.
• Keep the store and office looking fresh.
