About The Position
Luv Bridal is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Bridal Stylist for its Los Angeles showroom. The role involves guiding brides through a memorable, personalized gown-shopping experience and helping them feel confident and celebrated. Bridal experience is a plus but is not required; the company emphasizes a candidate’s attitude, energy, and ability to connect with people. The Bridal Stylist provides tailored one-on-one appointments, recommends gowns and accessories, builds relationships with brides, guests, and colleagues, and works toward individual and team sales goals. The position also supports daily showroom operations, including cleaning, merchandising, and restocking. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or retail sales; bridal or fashion experience is preferred.
- Passion for weddings, styling, and creating special moments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in sales and ability to meet goals.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Team-player mentality, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
- Emotional awareness, calmness under pressure, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Outgoing, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one appointments tailored to each bride’s vision, style, and personality.
- Create an exceptional experience for each bride from the moment she enters the showroom.
- Recommend gowns and accessories based on the bride’s style, budget, and timeline.
- Build strong relationships with brides, their guests, and fellow team members.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Support daily showroom operations, including cleaning, merchandising, and restocking gowns and accessories.
- Handle emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.
