About The Position
Luv Bridal is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Bridal Stylist to join its Los Angeles showroom. The role involves helping brides find gowns and accessories that suit their vision, style, budget, and timeline, while creating a memorable and supportive shopping experience. Bridal experience is a plus but is not required; the company emphasizes attitude, energy, and the ability to connect with people. The Bridal Stylist also contributes to showroom operations, works toward individual and team sales goals, and supports brides and their guests with empathy and professionalism. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in sales and the ability to meet goals.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Team-player mentality, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
- Emotional awareness, calmness under pressure, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Passion for weddings, styling, and creating special moments.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one appointments tailored to each bride’s vision, style, and personality.
- Create an exceptional experience from the moment a bride enters the showroom.
- Recommend gowns and accessories based on each bride’s style, budget, and timeline.
- Build strong relationships with brides, their guests, and fellow team members.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Support daily showroom operations, including cleaning, merchandising, and restocking gowns and accessories.
- Handle emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.
