Bridal Stylist
About The Position
Luv Bridal is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Bridal Stylist to join its San Diego showroom. The stylist guides brides through a memorable, personalized shopping experience, recommending gowns and accessories that reflect each bride’s style, budget, and timeline. The role suits someone who enjoys weddings and fashion, connects easily with people, and can contribute positively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Bridal experience is a plus but is not required. Luv Bridal’s modern showrooms aim to provide an inclusive, stress-free experience. The company offers gowns in sizes 2–28, designs from international designers, and selected bridal accessories. Compensation consists of a base amount plus commissions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Passion for weddings, styling, and creating special moments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in sales and the ability to meet goals.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Team-player mentality, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
- Emotional awareness, calmness under pressure, and a solution-oriented approach.

- Bridal or fashion experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one appointments tailored to each bride’s vision, style, and personality.
- Create an exceptional experience from the moment a bride enters the showroom.
- Recommend gowns and accessories based on a bride’s style, budget, and timeline.
- Build strong relationships with brides, their guests, and fellow team members.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Support daily showroom operations, including cleaning, merchandising, and restocking gowns and accessories.
- Handle emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.
