About The Position
The Brick Specialist helps create a signature experience for every guest visiting a LEGO store. The role includes greeting guests, operating the cash register, maintaining a professional and welcoming manner, keeping the store clean and visually stimulating, maintaining displays, and following LEGO Brand Retail visual standards. The Brick Specialist also supports stockroom operations, including receiving merchandise, maintaining stockroom standards, following safety rules, and notifying management about potential shortages. The role involves addressing customer issues and escalating challenging situations to a manager, as well as engaging customers and using promotional materials and loyalty programs.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest and provide a friendly, professional, gracious, and engaging experience.
- Perform all cash register functions.
- Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store environment.
- Maintain store displays and learn and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
- Assist with receiving merchandise and safely and efficiently operate the stockroom.
- Maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards and follow safety regulations.
- Notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager.
- Engage customers and use promotional materials and loyalty programs.
