About The Position
The LEGO Group is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Brick Specialist for their Jersey Gardens location. This role is responsible for ensuring a signature experience for every guest, maintaining store operations, and upholding LEGO Brand Retail standards. The position involves customer engagement, operating the cash register, maintaining store cleanliness and visual displays, and managing stockroom operations. Requirements
- Ability to greet every guest in your location.
- Proficiency in all cash register functions.
- Ability to maintain a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times.
- Ability to perform daily cleaning duties.
- Ability to maintain store displays.
- Ability to learn and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom.
- Ability to assist in the receiving of merchandise.
- Ability to maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards.
- Knowledge of and adherence to all safety regulations.
- Ability to notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Ability to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to report challenging situations to the manager.

Responsibilities
- Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
- Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards, abide by safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
- Customer engagement.
- Use of promotional materials and loyalty programs.
- Typically responsible for store operational tasks in duty.
