About The Position

The Seasonal Brick Specialist supports the LEGO store by creating a welcoming guest experience, carrying out cash register functions, and maintaining a clean, safe, and visually engaging store. The role also assists with merchandise receiving and stockroom operations, follows LEGO Brand Retail standards and safety regulations, helps resolve customer issues, and uses promotional materials and loyalty programs. The position is seasonal and part time in Dedham, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and provide a signature experience in the LEGO store.
• Perform cash register functions and maintain a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays.
• Learn and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Assist with receiving merchandise and safely and efficiently operate the stockroom.
• Maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards and follow all safety regulations.
• Notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager.
• Engage with customers and use promotional materials and loyalty programs.
